When is the best time to install sod in Florida?
Sod can be installed much of the year when water is available, but establishment speed changes with temperature and turf type. The first few weeks of watering matter more than the calendar.
Do I need working irrigation before new sod?
Reliable, even watering is strongly recommended. We can identify obvious coverage issues before installation so the new lawn has a better start.
